About Nathan Porath

I began my love for photography over 20 years ago, while in high school.  I learned the basics from taking the photos, to developing the film and making prints.  As my passion, and technology, has progressed I switched to shooting digital. I use a Canon 70D, Canon T1i and iPhone 5 to create my art.  In particular I love to photograph abandoned buildings and other forgotten treasures.  I also enjoy creating panoramic photographs and letter art.

I live in central Wisconsin and have had my work featured in the Midwest Seasons Exhibit at the Center for the Visual Arts.  I also currently have my work on display, and for sale, at The 319 Gallery and Cheryl’s Framing Gallery; both in Wausau.
